haha i know i know. names long.
wasnt that bad i'm improving.
1st day all i could managed was 10push up and 10 sit ups? haha.
as time went on as of today i managed 40push up 25 sit ups and some ab crunches?
hey i know dun laugh. its good for a person my size.
got my imspiration and will keep going.
